Bow Wave Series of Paintings
This series of work is based on my long fascination with watching boats ploughing through the water. I draw from my experiences of painting water on location and combine this with images that I have taken from photographs.
If you have ever had the joy of sitting on the push-pit of a boat to watch the water being thrown aside from the bows, as you truck through the water, it will help you will relate to these paintings!
