I paint on location using acrylics and sometimes watercolour. If you are not very confidend about painting outdoors this is a case of security in numbers! We will meet at the car park at Sandsend near the Whitsend Cafe (you will have to purchase a parking ticket) We can chat about the sorts of things you want to paint, assess the weather/tide/sea state and then you can pick a spot in the locality to paint and I will give you guidance throughout the day. You can do half a day or a full day in which case lunch can be taken at the cafe or you can bring a packed lunch. It would help if you have a little experience to take part, and it would be useful to have some of your own equipment though I have a certain amount to lend out. I can provide paints and paper if needed for which I would have to make a small charge.
Runs 10am – 4pm and costs £20 per half day.
