I paint on location using acrylics and sometimes watercolour. If you are not very confident about painting outdoors this is a case of security in numbers! We will meet at specified point near Grosmont (North Yorkshire) and then there is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to a location with a variety of views. It is quite a private place so there will be few onlookers. We can chat about the sorts of things you want to paint then you can pick a spot in the locality to work and I will give you guidance throughout the day. You can do half a day or a full day in which case you will need to bring a packed lunch. It would help if you have a little experience to take part, and it would be useful to have some of your own equipment though I have a certain amount to lend out. I can provide paints and paper if needed for which I would have to make a small charge. There are no toilets at this location, though I will bring my camper van if we need to brew a cuppa.
Runs 10am – 4pm and costs £20 per half day.
